Mr. Ruvan Ratnatunga (ACMA (UK), FCS (SL)), is the Chairman / Managing Director of the DMS Group of Companies and has been with DMS Group since its founding in 1977. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants – UK and a Fellow member of the Computer Society of Sri Lanka. 

Professor Janek Ratnatunga (MBA, PhD, FCA, CPA, CMA), is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Education Committee of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (Australia). Previously, he was the Dean and Head of Commerce at the University of South Australia for four years and prior to that held the Chair in Business Accounting for 18 years at Monash University,

A Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants – UK, (FCMA). Mr. Rajendran heads the finance stream of the company where he oversees all matters pertaining to financial policy, implementation, compliance and control of finances within the DMS Group of Companies. 

Mr. Piyal De Silva started his career with DMS group of companies in the year 1984 and have been holding multiple positions in the last 38 years of his tenure with DMS group which. During his tenure he has played a leading role in propelling DMS Software Engineering (Pvt) Ltd to emerge as a software wing of DMS Group.

Mr. T. Baheerathan, is an accomplished, well-qualified financial accountant with a sound technical background who heads DMS Software Engineering as its Director / General Manager and possesses over 23 years of experience in the IT industry of which over 12+ years has been in management.
