Mr. T. Baheerathan, is an accomplished, well-qualified financial accountant with a sound technical background who heads DMS Software Engineering as its Director / General Manager and possesses over 20 years of experience in the IT industry of which over 12+ years has been in management. Mr. Baheerathan stepped into the IT industry by joining DMS Software Engineering in the year 2005.

 

Since then, he has served the company in numerous responsible positions; predominantly in business analysis and management and was appointed as Assistant General Manager in year 2011. As the AGM and then subsequently appointed as General Manager/Director of DMS Software Engineering, Mr. Baheerathan has made an invaluable contribution towards building organization’s financial stability by adopting best management practices and he brought significant contribution towards expanding the company’s market share amongst key customer and product segments locally and internationally.

Mr. Baheerathan has been spearheading several projects which includes launch of a new product for Imaged based Cheque Clearing, implementation of Clearing system for Peoples Bank 326 Branches and venturing into Bangladesh Market with Financial Services solutions.
